Winterfresh makes it easy to get intimate at bus shelters
In November 2010 Wrigley’s teen chewing gum brand Winterfresh has launched a new advertising campaign in Poland that combines in a nicely integrated way a TV spot with the outdoor media.
The ad – delivered by BBDO Warsaw – shows how the boy’s Winterfresh’ icy breath instantly freezes the bus’ windows. As this spot is aired on TV, Winterfresh turned the bus shelters’ citylight pannels into frozen boards with a headline: Fresh Breath Welcome.
The bus shelter ads recall the TV commercial in its frosty design, but they also direct the young people to Winterfresh’s Facebook fanpage which by now gathered over 2200 people who like it.
At Winterfresh Facebook fanpage visitors can play a special FreshCity game which also takes place at the bus stop – the player’s task is to drop Winterfresh gums in such a way that it connects the moving human figures. This is in line with the tagline used by Winterfresh in Poland which says: Winterfresh. Makes it easy to get intimate.
